At The Temple we define 3 types of body’s namely;
Per body type we have 3 levels of workout;
- Beginner ; might be able to do 0%-33% of excercises without assistance
- Intermediate; might be able to do 34%-67% of excercises without assistance
- Advanced; might be able to do 68%-99% of excercises without assistnace
Next we define 3 types of body goals, namely;
- Diet and Weight Loss
- Stamina and Performance
- Gain Muscle and Strength
