Once you’ve defined your needs, goals, and areas of interest, we’ll deliver customized training tips, hand-selected blog subjects, and personalized nutrition recommendations to ensure you’re on the path to success. At The Temple we define  3 types of body’s  namely;

  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced

Per body type we have 3 levels of workout;

  • Beginner ; might be able to do 0%-33% of excercises without assistance
  • Intermediate;  might be able to do 34%-67% of excercises without assistance
  • Advanced; might be able to do 68%-99% of excercises without assistnace

Next we define 3 types of body goals, namely;

  • Diet and Weight Loss
  • Stamina and Performance
  • Gain Muscle and Strength
